Spring 2021 Manager and Coach Registration

The Registration "Managers and Coaches Registration and Background Checks" is not currently available.

Manager Registrations

NOTE: Preseason practice time requests and team names can only be submitted by managers

Registration Information

Before registering please make sure you have the following:

  1. Coaches Certification Information. If you are not certified please do so on www.baberuthcoaching.org before you register.
  2. Social Security #
  3. Credit Card or checking account information to pay for the background check fee.

If you took the back ground check in Fall, you do NOT need to take it again. There will be a link at the end of the registration form to determine whether you are required to take it this Spring, if you click the link and see your name on the list (from Fall) you do NOT need to take it again. If you do not see your name on the list, or are unable to see access the list, a background check is required for Spring.

If you managed this past Spring contact your team and let them know you are coming back, and ask them to register as soon as possible as we expect to be full in all divisions. 

Submit your locks no later than 1/27/2021 at 5PM. LOCKS ARE NOT CONSIDERED LOCKS UNLESS THEY ARE REGISTERED.

Assistant Coaches must register and be certified by 2/12/2021 or they will not be allowed on the field. It is the same registration that you need to fill out.

How a manager can edit or add to their submitted locks

  1. Sign into the website.
  2. Click the down arrow next to your User Name in the top left of the webpage.
  3. Select "Registration"
  4. Find the upcoming seasons "Managers Lock Submission" registration
  5. Next to the word "Locks" click the word "Edit" and a window will open
  6. Change or enter additional locks 
  7. Scroll all the way down and click "Save Registration Entry"

Fall 2021 Important Dates for Managers:

7 Aug - Intent to manage due.

13 Aug - Locks due

14 Aug - Tryouts

18 Aug – Draft

21 Aug – 1st practice

25 Aug – Uniform orders due

7 Sep – Managers meeting

11 Sep – Opening Day / Pictures

16 Nov – Closing ceremonies

Pre-Draft Check List

1. Am I certified or have I updated my Certification 
2. Registered to Manage
3. I have taken the Background Check
4. Reminded my past team to register
5. Read the Bylaws particularly for Drafting
6. Submitted my locks online
7. Confirmed that all of my locks registered
8. Attended 1st Skills Assessment (T-Ball and 6U skip this task)
9. Attended 2nd Skills Assessment (Fall Only) (T-Ball and 6U skip this task)

Post-Draft Checklist

1. Notified my team of their first practice
2. Do I need Catchers Gear, helmets, etc…? 
  Contact LBR's Equipment Manager if it is needed.
3. Held a Parent Meeting at my first practice and 
  went over "Team Meeting Document (Click to Download)"
4. Resolved any Jersey number conflicts
5. Submitted Uniform order on time
6. Got my my Assistant Coaches to be Certified and Registered
7. Put player numbers on the Team Page Roster (website)
  (NO COACHES NUMBERS)
8. Attend Coaches Training
